BOX OFFICE HOURS

Box Office hours vary; please call 425.893.9900 for the most up-to-date information. The box office stays open until 30-minutes after curtain time on performance days.

TICKET SERVICE FEES

KPC charges a per ticket service fee whether tickets are purchased online, over the phone, or in person.

REFUNDS

While we are unable to offer cash refunds, we will gladly exchange your tickets to another show. Another option is to donate your ticket as a tax-deductible contribution to Kirkland Performance Center.

TICKET EXCHANGES

Free exchanges are available to season ticket holders. Ticket exchanges for single-ticket buyers are subject to a $2 fee. All exchanges require a two-hour notice and are subject to availability.

TICKET POLICY

KPC only guarantees tickets purchased from the official ticket vendors listed on the show pages of our website (kpcenter.org) or at our venue box office. Tickets purchased through scalpers, brokers, or other third parties may be counterfeit and inadmissible. We cannot verify tickets bought from a third party. Ticket orders may be canceled or changed to Will Call only if, at KPC’s sole discretion, it is suspected that tickets are being purchased by resellers. Tickets are void if altered, and no refunds will be given.

If an artist’s website says they are playing at our venue, but you cannot find the event on our website, it may not be confirmed yet. Often, artists release their tour schedules before the booking process has been completed with the venue. The best way to receive advance notice of on sale dates is to join our mailing list, where you will get latest information about upcoming events and special discounts. Click here to subscribe.

LEAVING SINGLE SEATS

Please choose seats adjacent to reserved seats. The Box Office reserves the right to reassign seats to accommodate as many pairs as possible.

PROMO & DISCOUNT CODES

LATE SEATING

Please arrive on time for your performance. Late seating is not guaranteed beyond 30-minutes after curtain time. Seating for late patrons is at the discretion of House Management.

YOUNG PATRONS

Age restrictions vary depending upon the event or show. If you have questions regarding age appropriateness of a show, please call the KPC Box Office at 425.893.9900.

KPC adheres to a strict no babes-in-arms policy, which means every person entering the theater must have an individual ticket. Thank you for helping us to provide accurate headcounts in case of an emergency.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING

Kirkland Performance Center offers fully accessible seating to patrons. To ensure an accessible seat, please contact the KPC Box Office well in advance of the performance.

ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES

Kirkland Performance Center offers assisted listening devices that use an FM audio feed and headphones for the user. Our devices do not currently link to cochlear implant devices. If you would like to borrow an assisted listening device, please contact the KPC Box Office before the performance or ask at Will Call when you arrive.
