BOX OFFICE HOURS: Our Box Office hours are Wednesday through Saturday 12:00 noon until 6:00 PM or until curtain time on performance days. For Sunday-Tuesday performances, Box Office hours are 12:00 noon to curtain time. Tickets may also be purchased 24/7 by visiting Order Tickets.

Service Fees:

There is a $2.50 service fee per ticket if purchased on the phone or at the Box Office, and a $3.00 service fee per ticket for internet purchases. (The ONLY exception is for StoryBook Theater & Imagination Theatre, which have $1.50 service fee per ticket) Ticket fees are capped at $30 per order.

Refunds:
All sales are final.

Exchanges:
Free exchanges are available to subscribers only with 48-hour notice and subject to ticket availability. Non-subscribers may exchange tickets for another KPC performance at a $2.00 per ticket service charge. 48-hour notice is required. Exchanges are subject to ticket availability.

Wine Tasting Enjoy samples from wineries spanning the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Tastings begin one hour prior to show time and are complimentary with your ticket purchase.

Beer Tasting Try out the latest micorbrews and local favorites. Tastings begin one hour prior to show time and are complimentary with your ticket purchase.

Parent's Night Out: Simply, Kids Play! Forget about finding a babysitter! Bring your children to the Peter Kirk Community Center (next door to KPC) for Simply, Kids Play! Kids will enjoy crafts, movies and other great activities while you enjoy the show. Simply, Kids Play! is provided by the City of Kirkland Parks Department. Boxed Dinners: Purple Cafe & Wine Bar at KPC Tired of trying to squeeze in a meal between work and a performance? Join us for pre-show boxed dinners. KPC has paired up with Purple Cafe to offer gourmet ready-to-eat meals in the KPC lobby prior to show time. Boxed Dinners must be ordered in advance. Please call our Box Office to order. $17/meal (includes a glass of wine)

Tiered Pricing:

This season, KPC is introducing Tiered Pricing for many of our Presented Performances. Prime Seating (Tier 1) includes the best seats in the house. Choice Seating (Tier 2) offers the opportunity to enjoy the performance while saving  up to 15%. Click HERE to view a Tiered Seating Chart.

Special Events:

Shows designated as a Special Event in the season brochure have a single flat-rate ticket price (either $20 or $50) and are not eligible for any discounts. Purchasing one of these performances does still count towards receiving Multi-Pack discounts when buying 4+ shows.

Senior and Youth Tickets:
Seniors may take advantage of discounted/Choice pricing for Community Partner Performances only. Seniors age 62 and older qualify for Senior Rates at these shows.

Youths age 16 and younger can take advantage of our Youth Rates. Youth prices are available at all designated family performances.

Seating for Latecomers:
Late seating is not guaranteed. If appropriate, patrons arriving after curtain will be seated at a suitable break in the performance and at the discretion of the KPC House Manager.

Children:
Age restrictions vary depending upon the event or show. If you have questions regarding age appropriateness, please call the KPC Box Office at (425) 893-9900. KPC does not allow “Babes in Arms” in the theatre. However, KPC does have a “Quiet Room” available for families. Please note: StoryBook Theater performances will allow “Babes in Arms” in the theatre, and require those over 12 months of age to have a ticket.

Group Discounts:
Group discounts for 10 or more people are available for all performances. Save even more on groups of 25 or more.  KPC is also a great alternative for hosting your party or corporate event. For complete information please contact our Group Sales Manager at (425) 828-0422.

Accessible Seating:
Kirkland Performance Center offers fully accessible seating to patrons. To ensure accessible seating, please contact the Box Office to reserve your seat well in advance of the performance.

Assisted Listening Devices:
Kirkland Performance Center offers FM assisted listening devices available for hearing impaired patrons. Please contact the Box Office to reserve assisted listening devices well in advance of the performance. Night-of-show please contact the House Manager for assisted listening devices.
