Description

Lá dentro da Mata is a play 90% in Brazilian Portuguese full of music and adventure that shows the beauty and the magic of the animals , plants and creatures of the Brazilian Amazon forest.

The story is about a girl (Mel) who is in a school camping trip. In a special night she was the chosen one to tell a story around the camp fire. But there is a problem: she must tell a story that has never been told before. Suddenly a magical thing happened with Mel and an adventure begins. An indigenous boy (Poti) and his silly monkey friend (Ayri) fall asleep in the canoe and the river takes them to this weird and loud place; the big city. After almost being hit by a car, they find a safe place to hide; an old warehouse. There they  will meet an obsolete and sad robot (Jururu) and decide to take “Jururu” deep inside the Amazon to show him the beauty and the magic of the animals, plants and creatures of the Brazilian forest. During their journey full of music and adventure the boy comes up with a plan to help Jururu feel useful again. And Mel finally get her  story that has never been told before.This is a beautiful story about friendship, cooperation and caring!
