CHILDREN'S THEATER
Walking and talking underwater aren’t easy for a little mermaid who dreams of dancing. Can she find a way to trade in her tail for legs or is she just blowing bubbles? In this original Storybook Theater version of Hans Christian Anderson’s classic, the audience will decide whether the Little Mermaid should keep her legs or high-tail it back to the sea.
StoryBook Theater presents interactive musical comedies especially for children ages 3-10.

StoryBook Theater was founded in 1996 with very specific goals in mind. First and foremost, to introduce very young audiences to the magic and wonder of live musical theater. To meet that goal Lani Brockman and Susan Bardsley, write 55-minute musicals aimed specifically at the 3 to 10-year-old, while not forgetting the parents, grandparents and teachers who bring them to the theater. The shows are enjoyed by children and adults alike! SBT shows combine beautiful, bright costumes with storybook sets, then add them to songs, dances and clever, updated fairy tales, to produce musicals for young audiences and their families.
