How much does it cost to rent the theater?

Pricing for renting our facility varies greatly depending on many factors including duration of rental, non-profit/for-profit status and equipment required. The following figures are estimates only:

  • Lobby only (2 hr block): $300 and up
  • Non-Profit 501(c)3 Facility Rental (4 hr block) $950 and up
  • For-Profit Arts Facility Rental (4 hr block) $1100 and up
  • Corporate Facility Rental (4 hr block) $1250 and up

How can I tell if the dates I am interested in are available?

First, you can check our calendar of events here. The calendar lists many, but not all, of our events. Then, you can submit a Rental Inquiry Form with your date preferences and we will let you know if they are available.

How long can I rent the theater?

Rentals are booked in four hour blocks. Performance blocks include one general stage technician, house manager, ushers and concessions. Extra personnel and equipment incur additional fees.

Can I sell tickets to my event through your box office?

Yes, although fees apply. Please contact our Production Manager for details.

How can I reserve the theater for the date(s) I want?

Once you have verified that your dates are available, our Production Manager will set up an appointment to review the rental contract. Your date will be reserved with your returned contract and deposit for one rental (four hour) block. (i.e. $950-$1250 depending on your organizational status)

Can I tour the theater?
