BOX OFFICE INFO & POLICIES

If you are not feeling well, please stay home. The health and safety of all patrons is of utmost importance. Due to the Public Health Emergency currently in effect, our policies have been temporarily updated.

TICKETED VIRTUAL EVENTS

Virtual events which are ticketed may be a one-time only livestream or video on demand.

The specific terms for each event, including viewing time limits and times, will be outlined on that event’s ticket page.

Please pay close attention to these details, as we are unable to refund tickets to virtual events. For any questions, contact David Bander (david@kpcenter.org) prior to purchase.

BOX OFFICE HOURS

Regular box office hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm.

The box office stays open until curtain time on performance days. For Sunday and Monday performances, the box office will be open 90 minutes prior to the event until curtain time.

Hours are subject to change seasonally.

TICKET SERVICE FEES

KPC charges a per ticket service fee whether tickets are purchased online, over the phone, or in person.

REFUNDS

While we are unable to offer cash refunds, we will gladly refund your purchase price to a KPC gift card. Should you choose, you may instead donate your ticket as a tax-deductible donation to Kirkland Performance Center. Free exchanges are available, and subject to availability.

TICKET EXCHANGES

Free exchanges are available to ticket holders with a two hour notice and are subjected to availability. Ticket exchanges are only available for events within the current season.

TICKET POLICY

Tickets purchased through scalpers, brokers, or other third parties may be counterfeit and inadmissible. KPC only guarantees tickets purchased from the official ticket vendors listed on the show pages of our website (kpcenter.org) or at our venue box office. We cannot verify tickets bought from a 3rd party. Ticket orders may be canceled if, at KPC’s sole discretion, it is suspected that tickets are being purchased by resellers. Tickets are void if altered.

If an artist’s website says they are playing at our venue, but you cannot find the event on our website, it may not be confirmed yet. Often, artists release their tour schedules before the booking process has been completed with the venue. The best way to receive advance notice of on sale dates is to join our mailing list. You will get latest information about upcoming events and special discounts. Click here to subscribe.

LEAVING SINGLE SEATS

Where possible, please choose seats adjacent to reserved seats. The Box Office may request that you move down one seat to accommodate as many pairs as possible. We reserve the right to move reserved seats.

PROMO & DISCOUNT CODES

LATE SEATING

Please arrive on time. Late seating is not guaranteed. Seating for late patrons is at the discretion of the House Manager.

YOUNG PATRONS

Age restrictions vary depending upon the event or show. If you have questions regarding age appropriateness of a show, please call the KPC Box Office at 425.893.9900.

KPC adheres to a strict no babes in arms policy, which means every person entering the theater must have a paid ticket. Please note: StoryBook Theater performances will allow babes in arms in the theatre, but requires children over 12 months of age to have a ticket.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING

Kirkland Performance Center offers fully accessible seating to patrons. To ensure accessible seating, please contact the Box Office to reserve your seat well in advance of the performance.

ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES

Kirkland Performance Center offers FM assisted listening devices available for hearing impaired patrons. When you arrive at the theatre, contact the House Manager for assisted listening devices.
