Exchanges are subject to ticket availability. Ticket exchanges are only available for events within the current season.
Tickets purchased through scalpers, brokers, or other third parties may be counterfeit and inadmissible. KPC only guarantees tickets purchased from the official ticket vendors listed on the show pages of our website (kpcenter.org) or at our venue box office. Tickets are void if altered.
If an artist’s website says they are playing at our venue, but you cannot find the event on our website, it may not be confirmed yet. Often, artists release their tour schedules before the booking process has been completed with the venue. The best way to receive advance notice of on sale dates is to join our mailing list.
