We’re glad you’re here. Please help us keep the theater safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone. 

House Rules 

  • Video recording is not permitted unless authorized by the artist 
  • Only trained service animals are allowed (emotional support animals are not permitted) 
  • Standing or dancing at your seat is welcome! For safety, please keep aisles and stairwells clear 
  • Children or teens under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult 

 

Prohibited Conduct 

Entry may be denied, or patrons may be escorted out without refund for: 

  • Illegal drugs, weapons, false IDs, or altered tickets 
  • Alcohol not purchased at KPC, intoxication, or smoking in non-designated areas 
  • Harassment, threats, or abusive language, behavior, or display of symbols (including racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise hateful conduct) 
  • Ticket reselling/brokering 
  • Willful damage to property 
  • Violence of any nature
