After the closing of Spain’s legendary elBulli, the restaurant’s unsung creative genius Albert Adrià, the younger brother of head chef Ferran, embarks on a herculean new endeavor-opening six completely unique restaurants in the heart of Barcelona to create a miracle mile of haute cuisine.

Director Biography:
Laura Collado is a Spanish director who began her filmmaking career producing a series of documentaries for Al Jazeera’s People and Power. She has produced such documentaries as La Casa (2009) and Yorgos (2014) and started her own production company, Trueday Films, in 2013.

Jim Loomis has been working in documentary for fifteen years as a director, editor, and director of photography. He co-founded the Barcelona based Trueday Films (with Laura Collado) in 2013.
